Neck Pain

Got a pain in the neck?  Even though that’s a common symptom, it could have been initiated from an acute injury or you may have suffered with it for a long time.  Our physical therapists will assess not only your neck for joint stiffness and muscle tightness, but also “the bigger picture” of your posture, sleeping position, shoulders, ergonomic set-up at home and work, and body mechanics with functional activities.  Our goal is to not only treat your neck pain, but to also keep it from coming back or to empower you to manage a significantly reduced level of discomfort.

Our therapists are skilled to deliver a variety of manual techniques to reduce myofascial tightness and joint mobility for stiffness and prescribe appropriate strengthening and stretching exercises.  They are also trained in state-of-the-art therapy modalities will help loosening or strengthening your neck and surrounding muscles faster and more optimal performance to keep it at bay.
