Matt got into personal training after years of transforming his body and mind through physical exercise and wanting to help others achieve their personal wellness goals. Matt is currently an amateur boxer with aspirations to turn professional in the future. As a dedicated personal trainer and boxing trainer, Matt enjoys helping individuals regain mobility, strength, and confidence through tailored rehabilitation and exercise programs. In addition, Matt works closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans that promote recovery and injury prevention. Matt enjoys working in the therapy setting and having the opportunity to build individuals from the ground up while making a significant difference in their everyday lives.
