Nathalie has been teaching wellness classes for the past 8 years. She originally is from Chambery, France and living in the United States for the past 10 years. She loves to exercise and her passion is teaching seniors. She joined the Virginian a year ago and she is committed to teaching her classes which include some dumbbells or spongy balls during the strength segment and, a bit of activity to get those hearts pumping!! She believes on the many benefits of movement classes which include better balance, reduced stress, cardiovascular work, lower blood pressure, and a stronger immune system. Her classes are mainly seated and movements are simple and easy to do, but are much more effective than they appear.
